I slept well - read my book for a while with the TV off in bed. Maybe I should do that more often 🤔💡😂
I was woken by a 'starving' dog at 6am. Fed him & the kitten, and then we all went back to bed for another hour or so before I got up and made tea for DH. 
WM is on, kitchen cleaned up (by DH) & breakfast eaten. I will put on the DW and then plan some productive tasks for the day. I still want to take tree down! I need to do at least 1 hour of admin, and we need milk & bread.

Washing on the line - seriously.  I cannot believe it.  There's snow further south and fog east of here but it's really dry here; the ground is dry so given I have a sheet and a tablecloth to dry I thought I would give it a go.

Birthday card,  present and cake delivered to DS's. Got lost on my way home- which is one reason why I wanted to go this afternoon and not after work tomorrow. Getting lost in daylight is infinitely preferable to getting lost in the dark.  🙂

Home now. Fog has lifted but it's still cold and miserable out there. Cosy in here though. And I took 6 DVDs to DS so that's a bit more space here 😉

I have been to the shop for potatoes, bread & milk. DH is cutting the dog's hair in the kitchen and I want to make some lunch 😭 I have taken the beads off the tree (2 strings went on, about 8 came off - some of them very short!!!) & also the delicate baubles, which are now packed in their box. The tree box, and the other boxes, are still in the loft so they will have to wait. 
I am bored - I want to have a sort out, but I can't with DS & DH here - they get in the way! Is it wrong that I am looking forward to the next 3 days when I will be home alone while they are at work?! 
Maybe I should do the jigsaw I got for Christmas 🤔 if the cat lets me! 😂

Afternoon all

After a very unsettled night of sleep where I threw up for some reason when I wandered into the loo, I woke up at 8ish with a raging headache. So after some painkillers and my meds I washed up the mugs from last night, fed the cats and put the dark wash load on.

DH is having his afternoon sleep and I'm sitting here with the tree lights twinkling as well as the light outside looking all Christmassy still.

I'm still waiting for snow ❄   I want the snow that everyone has had, even my sister woke up to snow in Borth and it hardly snows there..well not much anyway..lol

Got to put a pink wash on later, before bed, so I can hang it up to dry tomorrow. I've already started the decluttering - I went through one of the baking cookware bits.  Did throw out quite a few bits so I now have a semi empty cupboard 😀

He has already launched himself at the blind cord and slid down the blinds, so I don't know how long it will stay there! 😂 Maybe he was dusting the blinds 🤔

That looks like it could be cat heaven for him Good although he might be practicing being a trapeze cat by flying at the blind cord..🤣

Hey everyone ,
New to this thread or system. I kinda need this to be honest. Our home is over whelming... small but too much and because we are laid back, housework is minimal. 
This morning I emptied the fridge of all the going off food, took out all bins , recycling and sorted out the huge rubish bag from our bedroom. Bins out. 
Then worked from 9-5:30. 
After work I cleaned off the top of the coffee table, decluttered it and anti-bac'd it.
My husband vacuumed the living room floor whilst I was cleaning the fridge ready for shopping to arrive.
Tea break
Shopping came, we put it away and then I washed everything up, SS'd the sides.

I suffer with fibro so HHI is a little out of my reach for tonight. I do need to get into an exercise routine but tonight I'm super sore but proud of the progress I / we made !
