Saving - I take a flaxseed oil capsule and a vegan omega 3 algae capsule but I don't know if that would be any easier for you to tolerate if it is the oil that causes your problem. I've never heard of that before. I used to try and use flaxseed oil in salad dressings but I couldn't stomach the taste.
I am about to go on my walk and I need to get some toiletries from Coop. I'm just waiting to hang up the laundry first. I want to watch a new YT video on decluttering later as I feel like the clutter has started to creep in again.
If the over 50s should all have been offered the jab by mid May then I hope that means I should have been given it by June/July if they are doing it by age backwards? It would be nice to be able to have a couple of nights away in a hotel in the summer.
We did watch a film my husband wanted to see last night. Extraction with Chris Hemsworth. It was okay, pretty mindless but watchable.2025 GOALS

Women and cats will do as they please and men and dogs should get used to it.;)

At least Chris Hemsworth is always worth watching, even if the film is weak. Great voice too. I love a man with a distinctive voice and he's certainly easy on the eye. 😂. I can thoroughly recommend him in a film called "Rush". It might seem an odd recommendation because it's about formula 1 racing. Hemsworth plays James Hunt, and it depicts the epic battle between Hunt and Nikki Lauda for the world Championship. I knew the story of course because my husband was a motor racing fan but even so it is tense edge of your seat stuff. And Hemsworths portrayal of Hunt was spot on, his voice, his look, everything.I have watched a couple of films with Benedict Cumberpatch recently. Another very versatile actor and whilst I wouldnt describe him as eye Candy he definitely has "something". 😁. I have to say I do have rather a weakness for tall men. I like long legs and lean rangy bodies. My DIL has a secret crush on Richard Osmand, 6ft 5 but whilst I enjoy his wit and intelligence , I can't say I would class him as eye Candy. And definitely the body of an out of shape academic rather than an athlete. 😂. Bless him.We have taken to calling my second grandson "the Viking". He's only three months old but already wearing clothes for a six month plus. He's big and tall, blond hair, blue eyes and built like a rugby player. 😂. Both grandsons are going to be tall.
I was always glad to be reasonably tall, sadly I think I'm have shrunk a bit. One of the advantages about being tall is that weight gain is easier to hide......10 -
Hello Ladies,
January was a very tough month for my family, not only was there the death of my 19 year old granddaughter, but my sister H became critical with Covid-19 and had to become a patient in a local hospital. We all prayed for her recovery. She is at home continuing her recovery thank goodness. Then one of my 1st cousins who was only in her forties died and because of the Covid restrictions, we will not be able to attend her funeral. We cannot visit her elderly mother either who lives in a care home, we cannot comfort her apart from sending sympathy cards and phoning her which does not feel like enough effort, but has to be borne with fortitude.
Yet, we have all coped and we take each day as it comes. February has started off with so much joy because of the birth of my Great grandson. My whole family feels so much more positive now.
I am taking part in Fabulous February. I had continued with all of my usual pampering routines, but I am going to make the effort with a more healthy diet. Unfortunately I am an emotional eater, so I ate all of the wrong type of snacks for weeks, but now that my great grandson has safely arrived, I have that joy to balance out all of the worry and grief.

Sugarbaby - congratulations, how lovely.
I also have something wonderful to report - a pair of sparrows are building a nest in my birdbox, I am so pleased as it has been up for a couple of years and this is the first time it is being used. A lovely sign of spring and hope to come.Debt free and Keeping on Track7 -
