Have felt absolutely dire today. A combination of heat, paint fumes and over tiredness. Looking forward to it cooling down tomorrow and hopefully an end to the nausea. Not feeling even remotely fab. 😞🤣5

Hope you feel better soon HBF5

Hope you feel better soon LL - my OH was like that yesterday too - he went up the ladder on Tuesday to clear the front and back gutters out and I think he overdid it and dehydrated himself - it was about 28 degrees here but he wanted to get it done before the rain came 😱4

LL I hope you are feeling somewhat better today
Sending you a hug

Thank you my lovely friends......I do feel so much better today. That dreadful nausea has gone thank goodness......worse than being pregnant, 😂🤣. Yes it was very very hot here and although I did drink loads I think I was probably a bit dehydrated too. I'm never very good with paint fumes and I do sometimes wear a mask when painting indoors but being outside I thought I would be ok. Obviously not.Anyway I have taken myself in hand this Morning, lots of TLC and slathering and am dressed nicely in loose linen trousers and a lightweight top. Nice and cool. I think it will be cooler today, around 24 so much more pleasant. We did actually have a drop of rain during then night so everywhere does feel a bit fresher.A podcast of Matt Goss popped up in my feed yesterday. He does skin care and make up tutorials so later in I will watch a few. Definitely need to revamp my skin care and learn a few new tips on make up. Definitely time for a revamp.I am going shopping to Aldi in a bit, and will probably pop in a chazzer along the way. You never know what treasures I might find. 😂. Bought a lovely picture last week for £2. I have decided to revamp the room I am currently using as a dressing room back into a proper study. It means getting rid of the spare wardrobes but it's not a problem as I intend decimating the amount of clothing I possess anyway. The picture was for my new study.Well now, I have to confess I have let the weight slip back on........not as bad as I have been but bad enough. So my target is to lose 1 stone by Christmas. That should be doable.Give me a kick up the derrière now and again to keep me on track. 😂5

That's one of the great things about chazza shopping @helensbiggestfan, you never know what you'll find. I so like the fact that you can have a small treat for very little expenditure plus all the environmental and charity bonuses. I've taken to buying most of my birthday cards there so that's a good excuse for going in! 😊
Our guest bedroom doubles up as a dressing room. I keep all the non everyday clothes in the wardrobes. We have picture rails and a hook behind the door so it's easy to put some good coat hangers around for people to use if staying just a night or two. My hairdryer and brushes are in a basket in front of the full length mirror so can easily be removed when visitors come to stay. Otherwise we use the room every day.
It's cooler here too today but still about 20 degrees. We had a shower of rain earlier but nothing serious. We've been out for a good walk (6K+ steps) and coffee with friends. My hair didn't like the rain but I'll put up with the waviness and wash it tomorrow.
Are you planning to follow WW at home to achieve the one stone weightloss? I weighed this morning and I'm delighted that I'm exactly the same (preferred) weight that I was 2 months ago when I checked in last. It gets a bit harder to maintain while we're eating out more but I'm managing. 😊5 -
Good Mornjng lovely ladies......
Maman. A combination of WW/lo carb. Must slash my carbs because my blood sugar levels have crept up. Weighed, myself this Morning. At least I have not gained again.Floss. Yes my little fledglingbusiness is up and running. Sold my summer stock really quickly so had a break over the summer to concentrate on all the outside jobs. But will aim to relaunch with my er hem "winter collection" 🤣 within the next few weeks,
Rain forecast today, so will go for a walk whilst it's still dry and then do some indoor jobs.Going to make a start emptying the spare wardrobes, making sure I get rid of all the greys and browns once and for all. 😂🤣. I am going to be quite ruthless, just keep one draw for diy/gardening/heavy housework clothes and ditch everything else that makes me feel dull, boring and frumpy. I'm only keeping stuff that makes me feel fab-u-lous.Then I might have to have a little spend........😉.Gave myself a manicure and pedicure last night. Will do a mini face peel later and tidy up my eyebrows. Will book a massage for next week. Also need to book a haircut.
I have started the Miracle Mornings again......just a few simple yoga stretches this Morning. I havent exercised for a few weeks so need to build up slowly.I do feel like I have a bit of a mountain to climb but hopefully within 3 months I should see a fitter and more svelte version of me. Less frump and more fab. 🤞6 -

Chanie - Southend?
I think I like Chalkwell Beach the best so far but I haven't seen the one at Shoeburyness yet, Shoebury East Beach. I think that was voted the best one on Trip Advisor.
