The house was cleaned and we even had just over an hour to sit and rest. They are a lovely couple of first time buyers and are ready to go when they find the right property. They seemed genuinely interested and asked lots of questions and had a good look round. Lots of positives and possibly the only negative is that the boiler is over 10 years old, but as we have it serviced each year and the heating was on they could see it working.
Anyway I guess now we just wait and see.
