Felt like we got a lot done yesterday as the half of the house was cleaned. Several rooms look a lot better including the kitchen until DD1 cooked for us! Anyway I am aiming to complete the other rooms today.

We didn't get the forecast storms yesterday but it is looking quite cloudy today and we have already had 1 downpour that lasted a few minutes. I am imagining we might get several little rain spells today so no chance of drying things on the line today.

Last month I wrote off to a company about a product I purchased. The storing of the chocolates had obviously suffered in the heat as they had gone really bad. Whilst I had hoped to get my money back for the 2 packs that I bought but couldn't eat (which if you know me means they must have been bad), but instead I went to put the bin out yesterday and found a box wedged between the bin and the wall. We had been in all day so not sure why it was there. Anyway there were 6 packs of chocolates in it. I am now going to need to be very restrained not to eat them all in quick succession. That was a very nice surprise.

Today DS and I have a meeting with his SEND person at the uni. It is online so no need to leave home. I think we are sorted for what he needs but will be worth meeting with him. I am also hoping DS can sort my printer out as since the broadband change over it will not get online and allow me to print. I have tried everything I can think of but hoping DS with his techy mind can sort it.

Hopefully today will be a no spend day and a getting sorted type of day. Its getting darker so guessing more rain is on its way

I also went through my 2 drawers of tops yesterday. 1 is for work and the other is for home. I managed to pull out those that I no longer wear or have holes in / have seen better days. I will aim to do the jumpers today and then if time start on the things under my bed. I can then take the bag to the recycling / charity bins.

    I am slowly getting there
