Days 14 & 15 of The Minimalists Challenge:
1 balsa wood flower (??)
3 embroidery kits
1 jar marmalade
44 cds...
Total of 29, added to previous 91 is 120/465
Obviously I am cheating a bit here because I have combined 2 days! But I am definitely feeling the improvements from letting go of stuff. We shall have to see if I get to the end of the month but even if not, some definite lightening of the load.11 -

Morning MrsSD and fellow declutterers, well the ice is disappearing outside here in East Lancashire with rain falling down. The snow is nice when it's fresh on the ground but when it turns to a skating rink, it's not nice at all. Anyhow, back to the decluttering.
Inadvertently decluttered a 6" knife last night as I was using it to press finely chopped garlic. The blade snapped ☹️ never mind. Various bubble bath and shampoo bottles emptied so they are heading for recycling, bathroom ledge will be less decluttered. A lazy day today for me & my daughter after a busy but productive week at work & home school for us🙂. Tomorrow me & my daughter are sorting out all our clothes to work out what fits, doesn't fit and tackle the clothes like her leggings which are beyond repair and have holes in the crotch area 😄 so there should be some decluttering to report then. Cheers 😄15 -
Yesterday I tidied the little hell hole that I grandly call the utility room, it gets in a mess because basically there's too much stuff in there, however i did my best and it's looking good - for now. There was nothing to throw out, it was just untidy, though we did take some coats out to put in the upstairs cupboard, (we hang our everyday coats in there)..Sometimes the coats get a bit above themselves and start trying to take over the room.I decluttered some left over gammon into ham and potato cakes which we had for lunch, tasty.14
