Good Moaning, Mr V couldn't sleep so apparently neither can I !
granny kate I am sorry to hear that you have not been your best.x
Finstickle happy Target reaching
Mothernerd you are on fire, and DS and GF are smouldering a bit ! Good work for all of you but don't over do it so that you feel poorly over Christmas. I am glad that you are reclaiming your house.
My numbers may have an unexpected increase. The trousers that I wanted to wear yesterday are AWOL. Half my wardrobe and a couple of drawers are still on my bedroom floor from when I franticly looked for something else to wear yesterday afternoon. Après party I went to get my glasses fixed from when the odd job man stood on them ,food shopping then knitting slippers till bedtime.
When it gets light I might as well have everything out of the wardrobe before putting stuff back. Clothes and Christmas decorations are my downfall. It used to be Kitchen stuff too but I have embraced the minimal cooking lifestyle.
I only cook a couple of times a week now and freeze portions. It's the future! less washing up, result

@vulpix (a few days ago , know!) I'm really sorry - we've not given Remi away, I meant we threw out 4 items before we got Remi
but good tip! We're building a pen in our empty dining room area for him ... less to chew and more space to play. Really hates his crate...so won't force him (we don't have the heart to do it)
I've forgotten to post an update way back on 29/11/21 ... I did get rid of 7 items then so just added this to my current total.
This morning whilst TERROR Remi was sleeping, I cleared all unnecessary emails & 'filed' away what I needed to keep in proper gmail labels this time
Recycling from Monday was put into recycling bins but I forgot to put them out for collection. Oopsie.
TOTAL = 144
Hoping to go through a lot of the stuff saved on my laptop that I don't need today whilst Remi sleeps throughout the day.
Training is still going well, he's finding his bark and isn't my friend most days because I am a meanie and pull him out (gently) from under our bed to stop chewing. He has the sniffles - keeps sneezing. Is becoming more trusting with us and likes morning cuddles.
I'm trying to read everything from what I've missed. I hope everyone is okay and almost ready for Christmas
🗑️Mission Declutter & Clean 2022🧼 - 105 Items

florianatwobob said:Successfully decluttered 6 eggs into 8 muffin tin sized Yorkshire puddings and 2 8 inch tin sized yorkies.Gluten free baking not being like ‘normal baking’ means it needs some extra egg help to rise properly.
These ones will be going in the freezer for Xmas. The others, once cooled will be off into the freezer to resurface later this week for a pork and apple casserole with apples rescued from a team get together.
Focus on contribution instead of the impressiveness of consumption to see the true beauty in people.9 -
Okay !
Got to get this down now before I forget that actually I am NOT lazy, just no focus or see through. Adhd to be explored at a later date.
However, I spent 4 hours in the garage in the garden pulling everything out, sorting, and putting back. I had to hire our odd-job man for those 4 hours 'cos OH cannot help.
The result is that I have found 15 litres of paint (pale cream) that I have been looking for, for at least a year. I knew I had it. So now the search for cheap paint can end.
Whomever suggested the 'like for like' approach.........thank you, thank you, thank you. X
I now have all painting materials together. All car stuff in a box. All tiles in another box. All large garden tools standing in one corner, all large garden equipment in another. BEST OF ALL...... the 15 boxes of like for like stuff that I sorted out at the beginning of the year, when I first heard the suggestion, out of the house and in the garage. Also the 10 bags of grass clippings that are still here and waiting for the skip I have been promised, in the front garden arranged neatly against the wall.
