Wednesday2000 said:That is interesting about visiting all the tube stations. I have had free travel in London for years now and never thought to do anything like that.
I am actually going to lose my free travel after I move house so I probably won't ever be able to ever do that. Thinking about that I tend to go to the same few tube stations all the time when I go out socially. North Greenwich the most.
I called a couple of chazzers yesterday and they are accepting donations. Phew. My husband took two bags of clothes and books today with him to drop off.2025 Fashion on a ration 0/66 coupons

It has taken 2 years of deliberation and procrastination (not mine) to decide what to do with the car that's been sorned on the drive. It's 21 years old (my family's car that got passed around) but it was past it's expiration date, sadly.
Got the go ahead and this morning it was towed away. Now there is room for a skip ! (And the money)......
So.....
30/104 bags
3 Piece Suite
1 X 2 year old Frog
And (drum role please).........
1 beloved CAR !

This morning, DH and I were decluttering /pruning our neighbours very, very tall bushes at the back of the garden. Pruning our side only. They are around 15-18 foot high. Some of the branches are still on our lawn as we cannot get it into our garden bin. It will all go over the next few weeks. Two loads of washing completed today. Usual kitchen plastics and papers recycled.Off for a bath/hair wash, then to clean the bathroom... see you all later...2025 Fashion on a ration 0/66 coupons

Gem-Gem, forgot to say...
Dad and I always bought 2nd hand cars from wonderful people like you. Lots of life left in them because they were/are well cared for. Just have to carry on caring and fixing.
It's funny, just received log book for the car my dad gave me in the last year. It stayed at my parents in my Dad's name but was there for my use. He used to phone me with offers from people to sell but I always said no. So glad I did because this is the last one. Mum wants to have it valetted because even at 81 my Dad was still working so it's full of tools and stuff. But I want his presence. Trust me, this car will be loved beyond ALL others.

I am decluttered and cleaned out. I got a spurt on this weekend the first time since. covid.
Cards I tackled cards I have millions including my own 18th and 21st cards 40 years old and every card practically that everyone has sent me - birthday - valentines - christmas - I know !
I managed to throw about half away but kept all the cards from anyone dead who won't ever send me a message again. I kept quite a few from my mum who has dementia and can't write anymore. I'm punching holes and preserving in a fancy arch folder or two (3).
I cleaned the kitchen decluttered mince pies into my tummy and recycled carrier bags and bottles. I cleaned my morning room which is also my office, there out lots of paper but more to do. Cassette tapes is there a market for these? I need to match CVS with the correct cases but leaving that to do one night this week.
I cleaned the living room no decluttering as it's pretty sorted. Lost my Amazon firestick remote please God let me not have binned it.
Cleaned the stairs
Put up the Christmas tree - re hoovered the living room.
My daughter's room, she's a hoarder, she's 23 and her room looks like it elongs to a 16 yr old plus a zillion cuddly toys. She's home for 12 days at from next week and I think I can clear some of it because she won't remember half of what she has. I need a full day so I'm taking tomorrow off work.
Hoping everyone has had a productive weekend.

Heya.
Not sure if this counts but today I managed to get rid of
1 bag of rubbish
1 bag of take out rubbish that we had from Tuesday (I know, I know)
1 cardboard box
1 tub of recycling
I also managed to gets little chores done whilst Remi was in his crate and when he was downstairs in the kitchen with me.
Trying to get Remi used to us doing chores.
And lol I found out about hi razor sharp teeth when he was chewing the bed and I had to gently pull him out from under.
Still a terror but each day is getting better with training
