Thankyou TC77 and Viking_mfw. I hope you enjoyed your cuppa elsien.
So for the third time in 7 days I have a car stuffed full. This time I have bought DD home form uni. The car is emptied and most things are in their place. Just got some washing and packing of bedding and kitchen stuff. It will go in the loft until she leaves home again.
It may be some time as she is still doing her Masters which finishes in August. Soooo glad to have her back tho'.

1. KITCHEN WILL CONTINUE TO BE LEFT CLEAN & TIDY EVERY NIGHT2. JUST DO ONE THING EVERY DAY (courtesy of bit_by_bit) OTHER THAN DAY TO DAY CLEANING & DECLUTTERING
3. ONCE A WEEK LEAVE THE HOUSE (e.g. Go into city centre for bank & butcher; go to local town for cs dropping off or buying; visit the pub with DH 😉Sunday was an overcast, dark day but didn’t rain properly until about 7.00 p.m. DH watched the MotoGP races. We then spent a bit of time in the garden - the seedlings from the kitchen window sill have been planted out, various vegetable plants were moved to new locations, started pinching out tomato suckers, grow bag compost distributed to top up potato pots, water bowls cleaned & refilled. I also made soup. Dinner was sm lasagne & garlic bread & a trifle for afters - compliments of DSis. Wudupa.1243 - 1247 Kitchen recycling, drinks cans, glass jar, cardboard box, cardboard packaging - recycled
1248 - 1249 Kitchen detritus, emptied plastic grow bag - binnedYou are welcome TC77 🙂 You are making the most of your increased motivation - well done, great work 👏 Stationery sorted, fridge cleaned & even more stuff Decluttered 👏By the way, new storage boxes as replacement storage is perfectly acceptable 😉 Fingers crossed that the rug is more than ok 🤞🙂One of the benefits of being retired is that you have time to help others bit_by_bit 🙂Pretty stationery - not sure I could have resisted the temptation 😉😉 so well done you 👏 Stunning dress bit_by_bit - you are very talented 🙂 & a genius idea 👏 Hopefully the upholsterer will be able to make the loose cover & the cost will be acceptable 🤞 How lovely to have DD home & enough decluttering done that there is space for DD’s stuff 👏👏Ooh elsien - a treasure trove 😉😉 - I have always wanted to move into a house with a full attic & a full shed that I can go through as it would be more interesting than my own decluttering 😔😉Lovely to see you Viking_mfw 👋 Getting used to a new baby is a true reason to ease off on the decluttering - as opposed to me just being lazy 😉 Very well done on passing on the cot etc 🏅Yah, boo sucks, short_bird ☹️ Hopefully you can rescue your favourite shirt 🤞Everything is crossed 🤞 that all the work you are doing will result in a moth free home. I love the Ripley quote 🥰 Of the 4 films in the franchise - Aliens is my favourite - Michael Biehn is very cute 😊
Good work EnergyShifter 👏Thanks for the hugs Gem-gem 🙂 Still no appointment though ☹️ Excellent work on the decluttering & saving postage costs as well 👏MrsSD 🏅 🏅 🏅 🏅🏅 🏅 🏅 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Decluttering Target: 2021 1249/20212021 Savings Pot: £164.80 to end of JuneBe Kind. New day/new week.I have spent the day organising my paperless office. I have deleted so much stuff off my phone it actually feels like it weighs less 😂😂
i’ve updated my contacts, cleared out all of my inbox boxes and odd files and double checked my Banking apps.I need to put all my store cards into an Apple wallet and turn on some notifications so I know when there are offers nearby – not that I’m planning on spending any money. I’m going to have the most frugal 10 weeks ever to pay for this holiday 😃
I’ve made my bed, washed and cleaned my teeth, dressed, eaten and taken my tablets today. I’ve done something productive so now I can do something rewarding, and I must do something separate for my mental health. Maybe a Bath and some time in the garden.9 -
Not much decluttering been happening here over the past few days but did have a quick burst this evening. So, 4 items to report. The COD is now empty and the contents mainly into the other COD. Still need to find homes for the last few items - no ideas yet but something will show up.Decluttering Awards: 🏅🏅8

Hello,House is in need of a serious declutter and the amount of stuff means that it looks a mess. I am hoping you can help keep me on the straight and narrow. First plan is to find some things to put on freecycle. I think I may be more motivated if I think that someone else will use them.2024 Fashion on the Ration - 3.5/66.5 coupons remaining1 cardigan - 5 coupons13 prs ankle socks - 13 coupons5 prs leggings - 10 coupons4 prs dungarees - 24 coupons1 cord jacket - 11 couponstotal 63 coupons11

933: 1 annoying job off the list!
934-944: another 150 emails out along with another 5GB of data deleted.
956-967: 12 fling boogie (including a cushion inner and a couple of pillows - it was time for a cull...)
968-970: bag of rubbish, a bin of mixed materials recycling and a bin of card and paper recycling out.
The pheromone traps are on their way: I've seen only one moth this evening but, as you know, that means nowt. I've done an extra batch of washing and hoovered round: the folks at English Heritage suggest shaking clothes every month by the way, which I will start doing once everything's washed. (That's a point: must check work uniform.)‘Keep your eye on the donut and not on the hole.’ David Lynch.

3. ONCE A WEEK LEAVE THE HOUSE (e.g. Go into city centre for bank & butcher; go to local town for cs dropping off or buying; visit the pub with DH 😉Monday rained all morning through to about 2.00 p.m. ☹️ DH filled the bird & squirrel feeders + fed the worms - more drowned worms 😭 so now both the wormeries are tilted forward so the water will drain 🤞I treated myself to a two hour bath 😉 Finished reading book 2 of the Dark Tower series. These are my upstairs books & The Shipyard Girls series are my downstairs books 🙂😉 Had a lovely chat with neighbours G & A & a new American neighbour J. G & A are confirming planning permission for converting the garage, adding a one storey extension & converting part of the attic to a bedroom with en-suite. Then the task of finding a reliable builder 😱 G & I agreed that I will give him a large terracotta pot with the 4 tomato plants I am donating 🙂 I won’t count until it is handed over 🙂
Needed to use up lots of eggs - so omelettes for dinner. Cooked some mushrooms, a red sweet pepper & tomatoes & used up the last of the grated cheese. Served with hg lettuce. Delicious 😋 🤤
