I like to declutter my brain too GrannyKate.
Odd job man is here atm mending a bit of render that had fallen off round a bedroom window. Other odd job man who isn't scared of heights came the other day to fix barge board on the gable end that was victim to high winds. Jobs done before the buyer has a survey.
Well the bed bloke was a time waster as I suspected. Millions of messages then nothing. As the bed (superking) is already dismantled we will take it to the tip at the weekend. It is ancient and I only offered it as the guy said he was sleeping on a sofa. Going to the tip will give me a chance to buy their cheap compost that they make from all our garden waste. Which will enable me to split and pot up some plants that I want to take with me when I move.
All jobs are connected and impact on each other. It hurts my brain sometimes to work out the sequence of events needed to achieve my goal!
I have to empty some drawers today as they are sold and should be collected later today. To do that Mr V will need to got to the supermarket for some banana boxes. Bit of a batch cooking day today then back to my knitting and thinking about the cottage refurb and what I need to do next towards the house move.
Oh there is a date for our local carboot sale to start in July, woohoo. I will do a couple then send the remains to the charity shop. I have decided to take some good pieces of clothing to a dress agency ,maybe Saturday. Sorry waffling, brain in overdrive.
Pounds lost 19lb on a roll !

It’s our wedding anniversary on Monday, I just took down last years cards from the mantelpiece in the kitchen 🥴along with wedding invites for those that didn’t happen last year, sympathy cards for a lost loved one, and dozens of LO drawings. Some have been kept, some recycled, and DH hoovered the mantelpiece. Looks beautiful now with just a few recent drawings.A bag of baby clothes to my friend around the corner - yippee - these have been awaiting a new home for a while!Toilets cleaned towels washed, not much else to report aside from just 2 fleabay packages out….13

Gor a bag of stuff for the CS on Saturday and two bags of books, possibly 4 in the end to go as well but need to see how I am going to get them to where I am taking them.

Good morning all, I haven't visited for a while. When the chazzers opened we took bags of stuff, pleased to get rid of it, and have since taken another couple of carrier bags, so I'm at a a standstill at the moment.Last week I did a big drawer tidy and got rid of various bits of paper and items that I'd once thought essential, turns out they weren't.I'll keep on decluttering when necessary though.10

Morning Folks,
Some more drawers and a bed side table sold, should be collected tonight. More banana boxes needed. They contain spare bedding for the trundle bed in that room and throws and the like that I have made. Also an item of baby clothes from each child and even a baby dress of mine!Oh and a little baby nightdress which was my Dads.
Off to Stepson's now. More garden clearing, apparently he has hacked half a massive leylandii hedge down!
Will update numbers again.

Small people to school and then decluttered biscuits, random tissues etc from bedroom whilst searching for 'missing' item of GD4s - did not find it so she will have put it somewhere unexpected. They go home after school today so I have stripped beds and put washing on. Plumbers came yesterday as booked which was great and have sorted both loos so they flush properly now. Boiler service next week.
829 - More photos sorted and/or deleted
830 - emails deleted or moved - its amazing how they build up in just a couple of days
831 - bag of plastic bags dropped off at Mr M for recycling on way to school yesterday
832 - another small notebook finished off
833 - birthday cards to post when I go out later
834 - a small pile of things sorted from one of the stash of boxes
835 - sorted through pile of old programmes and found one from 1971 to scan in to local history group on Facebook as it looked interesting
Need to do end of month banking then some other paperwork. Weather looks a bit brighter today although there was a frost this morning.
