 Mr V stayed an extra night in hospital,I have just brought him home and sat him in an arm chair with the telly on for some restorative Police interceptors!

 Nothing doing here yet,although I am itching to get going.

 Off out with my friend now for a scout round for some wedding shoes.

578-587: jam jars to recycling as it's too early for jam and pickle season
588-590: 1 bag of rubbish, 1 bin of paper and card and an overfull bin of mixed recycling out of the flat.
591--604: 14 garments to charity shop bag.

Binbag with old coat and some other old item into the communal bins.
two large carrier bags deposited in the clothing bank.

all during lunch hour.  

Now I have space to carry on.

Emptied my locker at work today ( first time in about 10 years) literally nothing of any use- odd socks, old tights, scrunched up make up bag, travel size toiletries either evaporated or just empty, pair of gloves that don’t look like they will fit me, can’t believe I’d just left it all there!

Evening all,

Work has become difficult due to multiple managers with conflicting styles so I'm torn, combine that with technical issues (no one's fault and as we are all working from home etc) 

I have been hanging on in there, spent the evening fixing my tech issues so hope that tomorrow is a better day-lucky I have the skills to sort my own tech issues. 

Early days yet and just need to get to a place where I am left alone to some degree so I can find my feet. I've never been someone that functions well with people breathing down my neck 😂 but will keep going in the hope that things get better. 

Had a microwave meal for tea just to fill a hole. 

Tided my desk and decluttered all my scrappy work notes of things I wrote down (in a frenzy) that looking back on I really don't need.

Got a really busy Saturday but Sunday I shall earmark for decluttering the drawer.

A  little done before work today but work very busy at the moment
810 -811  2 vitamin bottles (put like with like as they only part fill them)
812 sock retired
813 old breakdown card binned
814 packaging recycled
815 -820 clothes dyes (never used and accept never going to) 
821 bank mess sorted out
822 screw put in door lock

also went to option at a*da in isle of dogs - very impressed v friendly and better than usual place . Not sure if you go there Mrs SD?

D123456789  amazing how much we collect at work. Interested no shoes? everyone at my work has spare shoes. Have to go on Tuesday and pack up as we're leaving office and only having touch down space elsewhere prob from sept 1-2 days a week.

Doing well @3secondmemory. You are brave going to eat out esp on your own. Special sympathy for you re sleep deprivation. I have been sleep deprived most of my working life. Re pain. If you don't do this already it may be worth taking something before your day starts and before bed. This is the way I get going and get things done. Its a balance with painkillers as I wouldn't want to take them all the time but if i don't very little gets done.
Also, don't try to remember, make a list 😂

I hope your back is improving @Mrs_Salad_Dodger . I believe you actually deserve two awards. . The first, a 🏅 awarded for unstinting support in your kind gentle way and the second, a ⭐️ for turning in even though you hurt your back. 👍

I have been getting rid of lots of stuff today. The last two bags of confidential shredding from my sister's estate have gone, a bag of food to a friend including eggs and fish from DS3. DS3 turned up with 150 just in date eggs on Monday and they have been shared between family, neigbours and friends. 

A further two bags of china to the CS. 

I am away tomorrow to Manchester and to visit a new friend (you know who you are 😊) on teh way back.

Have slipped on my morning routine for the last 2 days due to early starts at work which have been full on work-wise - I hope to get back on track tomorrow.

New vacuum arriving today so that may spur some cleaning and sorting.  Still battling with new computer gremlins but getting there. 

779 Toner cartridge replaced and packaged for recycling 
780 Yellow ink replaced in the other printer and for recycling
781 Vacuum  to recycling
782 Lots more photos sorted and deleted or saved

Need to get small people up for school and will drop recycling off on way home after hairdressers.
