Dinner was hm fish pie with green beans 🤤 DSis & I watched the finals of The Great Pottery Throwdown - very pleased with the result - winner was the correct choice 👏 & Dancing on Ice - a travesty 😡

Thanks for my gold star. You are so encouraging, Mrs SD,  and this is such a lovely thread. I feel that though I haven't seen many friends this last year, I have gained so many more virtual ones and I love the chat and the lists. I'm having a quiet day, well that's normal but I'm not bored. Just sitting here thinking about what I might do. The post has come and all dealt with, envelopes in recycling. I think I'll stroll into the dressing and have a root around for something to declutter. And tidy up the wee table next to my chair, find Easter cards for DD and DSiS. I've got ones for the three grandchildren  @ 3.50 euros each from the supermarket , very dear imo and not what I would have liked. The French don't really do cards.and then it will be time for lunch.

Good morning all. LO biked around the park, unfortunately we got caught in torrential rain. Came home for a sandwich and I just did a big batch cook whilst she was doing colouring. Vegetable drawer had a major declutter .... Soup maker is on, slow cooker is on, hob is on. I have pretty much stopped buying food at work which is very MSE as can usually grab something home made from fridge or freezer to take with me. So I am much more organised than I was a year ago In That respect at least.
I have also cleaned out the vegetable drawer as water melon leaked . The fridge has been cleaned twice in 2 weeks I think - a miracle!
5 flea bays out this morning and only 1 in expected. So the balance in my favour, although I did bid on those lovely shelves so will wait and see. 

After this week I have 2 weeks annual leave. So will really be able to formulate a plan to tackle the “problem” areas in the house and try to make a cleaning plan and stick to it. I do tend to get very sidetracked. But on the whole things are really improving so Thankyou to you all for the inspiration, ideas, and encouragement 😊😘
