I don't blame you for cashing out and stopping. I never did YouGov as it sounded too much faff. Prolific does sound much better.

    February round up

    overpay mortgage by £2000 ⬆️
Smashing it, 24% of the way there 💪

    Save £6000 towards extension 🏡
Windows money has gone out leaving us with £667 in the house budget.

increase long term saving pots 🚗 🇮🇸
We nothing here yet. Still trying to rebuild sinking pots

    finish en suite 🚽
Stalling here too… need to re motivate T. The family bathroom had developed a leak so fixing that has taken up all his plumbing enthusiasm

    mastermind an extension plan 🗺
We’re considering a cheap interim fix of insulting the conservatory roof so at least will be warmer next winter.

    2 meat free days a week 🥦
    Jan - 4
    Feb - 8 🍆🥦🥬🥒🌶🫑🌽🥕

be able to run 15 miles 🏃‍♀️
Run 5k parkrun in less than 35 minutes 🏃‍♀️
Best time this year is 44.06
ive had a cold so took 2 weeks off running. I’ve been back twice this week and felt strong. My sis and I have said we will enter 2 10ks this year as something to work towards.

Have at least one micro adventure a month ⛰
I’m counting my cross country in the dark run as an adventure as I was so nervous beforehand and buzzing afterwards! I find adventuring involving other people more nerve wracking than doing it solo which says something about my fear of failure being more about embarrassment than dying alone of hypothermia 😂

Embrace a more varied volunteer role 🙋‍♀️
I really enjoyed the local politics bits I’ve done this month and signed up to do something tomorrow which I’m feeling positive about. Nice to meet likeminded people. I’ve also contributed towards the admin for our group trip this year, nice to be able to take a task off the lead volunteers plate.

    Money round up
the joint account feels nice and flush, mostly because T is so good at staying under the shipping budget as well as less bills in Feb. We’ve paid for RAC again (completely missed doing a comparison) and paying balance of May break out of joint. Both of us are feeling tighter on our individual accounts so hoping to let the joint do some heavy lifting and let personal savings recover somewhat.

I feel I’ve been pushing quite hard on various things recently and I’m struggling a bit to find balance again. Perennial struggle here. I’ve checked some things off the list this week and have an easy weekend planned so hopefully things feel better next week. We’re off out for mums birthday tonight which I’m excited for 🥳
