Ooooh what a bargain on the patio.
My garden is my free gym hehe2 -
Yesterday was an expensive day as we had the wood burner fitted, excited to try it out over the weekend. Ive moved £1000 from my savings to the house pot and OH has matched it. Next steps are to freshen up the living room.Sis treated me to Chinese last night and I’ve made no personal spends at all this week- woohoo! I might foot the bill for date night this weekend and maybe wander to garden centre. This week has felt really frantic so I’m in slug mode today.Have a good weekend wannabes!MFW 2021 #76 £5,145

Went to see Bond last night, first time at the cinema since covid. Glad to see our local cinema has survived, it’s a small independent. Much cheaper than the big chains! Followed by cheesy chips- total spent £19.70.Started getting bits for living room- curtains and curtain pole to screen off conservatory and keep the warm in + paint and some other house bits and bobs- total spend £240.MFW 2021 #76 £5,145

work work has wiped me out this week but I finished lunchtime on Thursday so not all bad! I went to the theatre on Thursday with my mum to see hairspray which was brilliant! It was a rearranged pre covid trip so felt like a freebie as well. Then Friday went out for breakfast and volunteered Friday night- we did have Pizza Hut which I felt I should pay for rather than putting as an expense, enjoyed it though!Total spends £29.10 + ordered nephews birthday present for £40.Rest of the weekend is likely quiet and pottering and not spending much. I’ve got £86 to last me until payday next week, although potentially £60 is for dentist. Joint account looks healthy too. Might squeeze an OP in next week 😁MFW 2021 #76 £5,145

£50 OP from joint account 😁 which I think makes £400 in October. Aiming for £500 next month as savings are looking good and house spending has slowed.

Walking turned into a micro adventure with some wild camping in the park district which is never the comfiest nights sleep! Might have a snooze this afternoon zzz
spent £24 on parking, cafe and nipping into a pop up art gallery. Also filled up Ts car as I very rarely do it- £85 and I didn’t even fill it! Not used to big car and silly prices. He’s spent the weekend tending to some woodland he volunteers at, now there’s a large pile of logs sat on our drive which we need to find a dry home for until next winter or maybe the year after. Hmmm. I’m not complaining but also don’t want a garden full of log stores!Lazy day today. Just started raining here. Happy Sunday wannabes xMFW 2021 #76 £5,145
