For clarity: The CCBC sent me the information about the N244 and the particulara of claim via email. I have not ever recieved any post from them.

What address is showing on the vehicle's V5C?  That's the address the PPC would commence the process, and until informed otherwise, would continue writing to that address, and they would provide that address when initiating the MCOL claim.

There wasn't a court hearing; this is what we keep saying.

If you want to get a CCJ set aside you must fill in the N244 and MOST PEOPLE HERE with this problem are in your shoes, with little or no information at this stage about the PCN or the claim firm date.  No-one says to us that they can't fill in the N244.  People just follow what the NEWBIES thread post #2 says about setting aside a CCJ.  Sounds like you stopped reading at the point of responding to a claim form.  That's not the part of the NEWBIES you should have been reading, you want the CCJ set aside section. 

No link given.  People can find the CCJ set aside advice 0.02 nano-seconds by using control & F when on the NEWBIES thread.

Apologies for asking questions again and again but I find this all very confusing. 
I have been granted a set aside and issued with the above letter.

Is that all that was sent after the Set Aside? Do you not have an order setting aside the judgment? Show us that!
You will be doing more than that
You KNOW, because the newbies thread is explicit on this, that for a normal claim hearing you will need
- defence
- witness statement
- documents that support your claim, which are called exhibits and are referenced from your witness statemtn in the form INITIALS/001 - a document showing...

Until we know what youve already filed, and when, we cant really help.

20 minutes is a short hearing...was that the hearing you've just had, to set aside the CCJ?   

Or is that a new letter about a second hearing for the PCN (20 mins?!).

You said ''I have been granted a set aside''.  Did you actually mean ''I Have been granted a set aside HEARING?

Has the CCJ been set aside? Yes or No
If YES, is the letter above the hearing for the set aside, or is it AFTER the set aside?
Because you have covered dates up we have zero ideas

Apologies for my ignorance. The only information I have is from the court and from the newbies thread. It all becomes obvious and makes sense once you have been through the process but it is incredibly confusing when you are new to it. 
Those letters are the only correspondence that I had from the court, I rang to check and the hearing was to see if a set aside was applicable. (Even the secretary didn't know as the paragraph on that letter is the only information either of us had.)
