That is the shortest WS I have ever seen from Glastones!

Jobeth the solicitor doesn't say how she obtained the information from the claimant and its source, and she doesn't even sign it under a statement of truth for herself.  The statement of truth says 'the Claimant believes' but she is not the claimant.  It should say ''I believe'.

This is not a WS that a Judge should accept, IMHO.

@Coupon-mad, it is headed Particulars of Claim.

Without reading back, I guess the Claimant was ordered to provide a better PoC.

    Aha, missed that.

And a solicitor can sign off POC but I still feel the wording of the statement of truth negates it as a statement.  She should say ''I believe''.

The claimant is a company. It is impossible for a company to believe anything. The false and incorrect statement of truth should be brought to the judge's attention before the hearing in writing, or as a preliminary matter before the hearing starts on the day.

I would be letting the court know that they have not complied with Order (OP WE PRESUME THERE WAS AN ORDER - you have not said!) dated X by judge Y ordering further and better particulars of claim, as the PoC are not complete as the Statement of Truth is invalid

This is the order and a small paragraph about a set aside is attached. I need to send my defence today. Should I send something stating that they have not complied with Order as the PoC are not complete with my defence or send it as a seperate email

Can I just make one observation, may have no relevance. In your OP you stated that you parked at Nottingham Castle car park, Canal Street, but your letter above and the screenshot from the App states you were parking at Marco Island, Huntingdon Street, which is nowhere near, Which was it?
