Apologies once again. I am honestly trying my best. There is lots to read and remember and lots of links that sometimes send you round in circles (I absoloutly understand this is for good reason) or down rabbit holes that aren't applicable but need to be read to be checked. I appreciate all the work that has gone into this.

Yes, I changed the statement and sent it, thank you for the advice.

I also presumed the thread was telling me not to ask for mediation as it would be a waste of my time (and my money) and didn't see anything about the applicant asking for mediation. 
I haven't recieved the N180. Should I have recieved this at the same time as the applicant?

You MCOL Claim History will tell you when the CCBC have sent you a Directions Questionnaire.
