Morning all
I’m not sure how it is nearly 11 o’clock. I joined in the WAC again last night. As the sun is shining, it looks like dusting is on my To Do list for this morning. DD dropped at work, dw emptied, wm run, jeans hung outside, WULTD, fridge / fruit bowl sorted, broccoli soup simmering from leftovers (insert smiling Martin here!). I might have to stop for coffee now as decidedly cba to do anything atm.
Enjoy your SD present swaps, all those who have them arranged. Hugs all round x7 -
Hi and thank you xxMy wardrobe OH and I have just mended it was doing a list to the left at an odd angle! We have also mended my bird table which yet again blow over in the strong wind, it is already anchored to the ground, it is now tied around a tree as well.Bins doneBreast Cancer Now 100 miles October 2022 100 / 100miles

Round 1 completed + wrapped presents for drop off this afternoon, been for a walk and hand delivered more cards, waved to Dad as I went past and he came to the door for a SD chat. Startled a randomly passing postie by telling him 'I hate covid' as I left Dad....after arranging a SD present drop off after work on Christmas Eve. I wanted to cry really but vented instead. I'd quite like to throw myself on the floor and have a full-on paddy - but I'd never get back up.
Flyladies please note: I actually now have enough floor in the living room to do the above 😇
Only 2 loads of washing- both done. I am so pleased I bought DS and GF a WM for Christmas. 🤣
Going to grab some toast before I set off for present drop / card delivering / call at Mr C00p.
Be back later

One load washing done and hung out, rather optimistically.
Church flowers put in position, church hoovered, leaves swept up from bell tower/main entrance (the door doesn't fit well!). Stalked round the churchyard glaring at the copious but very high clumps of mistletoe that I desperately covet - no sign of any of it dropping off!
Must be lunch time now.Remember...a layer of dust protects the wood beneath it.12 -
Absolutely beautiful, Narc0, as always.Hugs to Kaz and Round.
Pastry made for mince pies.7 -
Local Christmas cards all written
Mr S order updated in good time
Photo of gifted plants sent to DD
DR table cleared and then covered in cards, to sort them into walking/driving order
Lunch next, then Rosie's walk (hoping the sun stays out!)7 -
Narco, I so wished you were near me as I would happily send my DD2 to collect mistletoe for you (she climbs at national level so a tree isn't an issue). It reminds me of many years ago filling my SIL car with mistletoe as it is abundunt here and she had seen small bunches at 5 pounds a bunch and had very competive friends at the time6

All cards now delivered except for 2 that will go with presents. All gifts now bought. Wrapping paper bought- I thought I had a stash left over from last year but I hadn't!
I was mse and paid for my C00p shop £30+ with my dividend points. Feels like I got it for free. That included a 'to me, from me' copy of the Christmas issue of Radio Times- very extravagant but not if you pay for it with points 🤣
As I am home alone on Christmas Day I need to carefully plan my viewing schedule.
I don't know whether to put up my tree or read now. I've brought down the tree, lights and decorations so that's a step in the right direction 🙃

Fly wise.....er.......posted once before lunch; did a bit of a report, brought washing in when the rain started then watched Boris. Back at the computer now.
Take care everyone and hugs for all those like me who won't be seeing family as planned.Remember...a layer of dust protects the wood beneath it.9
