What kind of light is this?

Not necessarily - depends on the wiring. It can be one light in-out, then a junction box for several lights.1

Easy way to check, break one connection and see if all of them stop working!

Thanks for all the replies.Got a few new lights to fit soon, so waiting until then before I turn the power off to have a look to see what the other set of wires going into the driver box are. (Missus always complains about having to reset all the clocks in the kitchen otherwise!)I was presuming that the driver box I found with the two cables going into it was the main light. All the others have one cable which seems to imply they are all daisy chaining from this one.0

Do you not have a separate MCB for the lights?

I do, but I prefer the belt and braces approach!grumbler said:Do you not have a separate MCB for the lights?

No because if they were daisy chained, there would be 2 cables from each driver except the last in the chain.powerful_Rogue said:I was presuming that the driver box I found with the two cables going into it was the main light.
