Thank you ! I can’t find his email anywhere but if I ask for it from the pub surely they have to give it to me ? I have complained to the BPA just awaiting response from them.

They ignored all the points I was saying ( don’t know why they mentioned going over by 10 minutes as this isn’t even relevant to the case.  They have told me to appeal to popla. Smart parking won’t even issue me a code 

Had it possibly crossed your mind that you just might have received a template fob-off?

Given the position of the Pub and its potential impact on local and Airport security, the Police Authority insist that we install Smart Parking to ensure that we maintain the flow and control of vehicles on the carpark  

Potentially more template BS. If you want to check the veracity of their statement you could do a Freedom of Information Request to the 'Police Authority'. Write back to the pub and ask them which 'Police Authority' they are referring to as you are going to check with them the insistence that a parking firm is installed, as you do not believe that it has any lawful basis. 

Smart Parking couldn't secure a doll's house, let alone 'Airport security' at one of the largest airports in the UK.  How can a couple of ANPR cameras do that?  The reply is pure fob-off BS - call them out on it!

I'm with Umkomaas - the "Police Authority" thing sounds like garbage to me. I've heard of a Police Force or a Police and Crime Commissioner, but didn't Police Authorities get replaced by Police and Crime Commissioners?

Yes I have - the person on the thread complained to the brewery not the CEO, which is who I complained to as well. I have found the directors email but can’t find the CEO.

ANPR cammeras are the vain of all terrorists wearing jacket bombs , the terrorists are very worried about letters arriving at there house 2 weeks after there funeral

Yes I looked at that thread. I emailed the airport pub first - seen this thread where he said they don’t reply (still no response from them) so then emailed the brewery. Sorry I wasn’t clear 

I will email the director instead - taking into consideration all your points and hopefully can get it resolved.  Thanks

I was quite specific when I said email the brewery CEO , go to the top !! Not the pub

Airport security provided by an unregulated scammers? I would ask your MP about this as well. I would be very worried about my safety at that airport if the local police are insisting that a public establishment must use an unregulated parking scammer that has no power other than to send a letter to a registered keeper up to seven months after an event.
It's a good job terrorists are too stupid to use fake number plates. The parking company would send a NTK to the wrong person otherwise!
