Hmmm...we are now on page 3 and the first advice was to complain to the BPA about the lack of reply and POPLA code.  I think the latest emails are going to be a waste of time and I want to know what Gemma Dorans said when you emailed her or Steve Clark at the BPA, because they can get you a POPLA code.

Also, did the appal blab about who parked and threw away the 100% slam dunk  POPLA win awaiting all registered keepers v Smart?

But what about this question from @Coupon-mad?

Write bad stuff on the pub's website, Facebook, TripAdvisor, good pub/real ale sites etc.  Have you complained to your MP?
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

You emailed him personally?  I would email him and Gemma about this because SMart are known to have a postal problem they are meant to be addressing.

I emailed Steve - his automated email says he’s out of office untill 5th Jan and said to email Sara instead, I emailed Sara the same email and she says the BPA are no longer taking complaints via email and should all be done online on a portal.

  • Okay so an update I just logged into smart parking to look at the images they took of my car and this is the message I received. I haven’t been emailed directly by Smart, Robinsons Brewery or the BPA to say it’s been cancelled but I guess Smart aren’t going to pursue it anymore and I’m not really sure which complaints got it cancelled but I’m happy anyway !

Thank you everyone who commented on the thread you people are really doing gods work :)

Can you email Smart's DPO and ask for a SAR?  I am keen to see if they pretend they sent a rejection letter and if they didn't, I'll take this to Steve Clark for you because there is clearly something badly wrong with Smart's processes in sending letters.  But we need to prove it with the SAR - also ask for ALL FILE NOTES ABOUT WHY IT WAS CANCELLED.
