SMART PARKING Ignored Appeal - No POPLA code provided

The airport security is absolutel tosh !! , if terrorist factions wanted to go in to cause havoc , 2 cameras on the entrance won't help anyone , not postal notices weeks later

We saw what happened when a JCB broke into the dome in the millennium

The email is something like

Philip Edward Moody	Director or acting CEO
Email	pem @ frederic-robinson.co.uk Remove all the spaces before using the email

I would write to the Police and Crime Commissioner for the area asking why the Police suggested to the pub that they should install an unregulated parking company and what relationship do the police have Smart parking ?

A serious question to be answered and I suspect the answer from the Commissioner will be they know nothing about it.

Then it will be the case that only the CEO can explain the letter from the pub

Hopefully the PCC for this area is more useful and gives more of a dam than the West Midlands PCC...

Thanks everyone ! I have emailed the acting CEO and brought up the points mentioned in the thread. Using ‘airport security’ as an excuse to get as much money out of people as possible it actually amazes me

Do complain to the Police and your MP as well. Depending on the response from the Police you may wish to complain to the BPA as well if you receive proof that the scammers are telling lies.

its not actually the scammers that are saying this , its the stupid pub manager , that is brain dead

And the Home Office trying to label Mrs MbW as a "gold digger" so we have to submit mountains of paperwork to prove otherwise (I've probably killed half a forest at least over time since 2001 to print this stuff off).
