i work for asda, & i can believe, what has happened to you. the thing is they are all the same, the bigger the company the tighter they are. i would so kick up the biggest fuss... go to the police, solicitors...IF you get no joy at the end, go to the local, maybe even national paper and magazines. you have been assulted no member of staff is allowed to even touch you. if you do not get the law involved they will brush you off. customer services ALWAYS have a camera pointed at it, incase of customers getting violent! the solicitors/police can view that tape...proof! if you dont they'll say there is no evidance & try to ignore you or brush you of with a £20 giftvoucher. i think its worth well more. just think if i swore at a colleague, customer or manager i would be sacked!! :mad:

rhino, this post is from 2 years ago, for some bizarre reason Nadia has decided to bring it back to ask an unrelated question so whilst I agree with you that this perhaps should have become a Police matter, it's probably been laid to rest for quite some time now and there's a good chance the tapes you talk of are long gone.
