    Just pay asap...sorry to hear you lost but if you overstayed then the Judge was probably not wrong, if he/she decided the signs were clear enough.  And the good thing is, they understood to disallow the fake added £70 so reduced the claim correctly.

    There is usually a space on the N1 claim form for payment details.
    ETA Just checked and I cannot see it now - I must have dreamt it!
    But, there will be payment details on (one) of the letters from the solicitor.

    Address for sending documents and payments

    I paid £200 to DCB legal.....confirmation in email.

    Do I need to contact court and request for not registering the CC judgment?
    Please advise me??
