I think you should open a new thread if this gets to a court claim from the Northampton CCBC. You will know from previous advice given to you here as to how to deal with the LBC.For the record, which PPC is involved this time? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

That's the second time we've seen Gladstones sending a LBC that overestimates the fixed solicitors costs at £80. That is above the maximum allowed under the CPR cap for that size of claim.
This one needs a new thread once you have sent the SAR to the parking firm (you know what to do).
It also needs you to report Gladstones to the SRA about this specific thing of the £80 fees threat, which they know is exaggerated.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

This can be brought to the attention of the SRA
