    Check your Notice of Allocation letter, see if they required you to send contact details to a different e-mail address.  Did you send your contact details to anywhere/anyone at the court?

    There was email on letter for hearing to send any evidence or statement which I did already

    On that letter did it also request that you send your contact details for the hearing and did you?

    I managed to chat over the phone now and they recieved all info from me....Now system probably changed they only send link just a day before 3pm...not before that.

    There is a whole thread dedicated to telephone hearings.  Search for it.  You need your defence, witness statement and evidence and you need to know how to quickly locate the important points in your favour.  Read a few threads where posters have won their case and see how the hearing was conducted.  Search the forum for the Queen song "Another one bites the dust".  Write yourself a crib sheet so you know what you want to tell the judge - important stuff first.
