The date should be given on your notice of allocation or, if not a date, something like "14 days before the hearing date". You are pushing it to the limit.pseek said:My hearing date is 6/7/21...when would be last date for to submit WS? Somebody help plz?0 -

TOTAL COSTS CLAIMED:

The figures you quote I have seen before and seem reasonable. Are you sure you mean "misconduct" and not "unreasonable behaviour"? Have you found your notice of allocation and worked out the deadline for submitting your WS? You do NOT want to miss this deadline.1

How is this paragraph? Please amend it
10. The claimant did not provide the key evidence of the vehicle entrance and exit time photographs which would help to find out how long I parked the car. The claimant used photographs of different cars parked (Exhibit xx-03) which is not the defendant's car.

Your paragraph 10 is OK. Your date that you have shown in the letter in the previous post is for witnesses to speak for you. You need to find the part in your notice of allocation that states your hearing date and the part that say "you must submit all your evidence no later than 14 days before the hearing date". By my reckoning you are one day late.1
