Do I need to ask for set aside?
No , because you do not have a CCJ

Those with a CCJ pay for a set aside in order to fight the original claim

PPL have issued a court claim against you , so I appears that you are fighting a standard Court claim , not a CCJ

Hopefully WW will lose again , lik a recent one on here !!!

£200 is a typical loss in court for one PCN , be it WW or anyone else

So do we assume that you lost today ?? So you overstayed the period of parking paid for ??

If yes , make sure that you pay the legals £200 asap and get proof of payment , to avoid any CCJ next month

If you have lost, sorry to hear that.  Why did you lose, what did the judge say in summing up?

Judge said the Claimant prove that overstayed and the defendant have seen the signage pay n display....
I made a point the machine only issued me for 4 hours only and the Claimant solicitor objected that did not mentioned in WS so making this point now it is not considerable....judge was quite helpful but probably If I could explain it better. I  missed that last point while judge mentioned it...it was too late I think

You will receive a court judgment in the post

You pay dcb legal , if they represented PPL , before the date on the Court letter , the sooner the better

Email DCBLegal and ask them, and DO NOT pay in instalments or you will get a CCJ.

You must pay in full within 30 days of today.    At least the Judge disallowed the added false £60 or £70 'debt recovery' costs.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

That's correct judge disallowed £60. Shall I wait for letter from court or ask DCB legal for accounts details to pay by bank transfer?
