sorry guys... so is there no point appealing with POPLA? I just control + F and looked for the word 'POFA'... it is not that there is no point, there is always a point, even if its only to obtain those details you currently lack, like signage and landowner contract etc , plus if it fails the figure of £100 should be back on the tableyou need to stop twisting our words, we tell you these things to educate you, not to receive assumptionsbear in mind that due to the dates you gave us I quite rightly assumed the NTK would be POFA compliant on what you hadnt revealed, the POFA wording , as well as on the timescales, they usually are as the leading parking company in the UK !! your revelations have confirmed my suspicions2 -
I do appreciate it, thank you.1

No-one said it's not worth trying to appeal to POPLA or trying to get £60 re-offered, or a landowner cancellation.
Most P/Eye PCNs are POFA ones and it doesn't stop anyone!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Ok great thank you, the other, I don’t know what to do next on that scam I’ve read the other threads on it after searching but it seems the other threads don’t have letter of claim (npe)Coupon-mad said:No-one said it's not worth trying to appeal to POPLA or trying to get £60 re-offered, or a landowner cancellation.

Loads of people get LBCs and claims from NPE, using BW Legal and you will get a claim. You can't stop the claim but you can defend it like in all the other BW Legal threads you wish to read.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
