So one supply Number for my normal electric , one supply number for my economy 7 , two daily standing charges
One meter , was like this when I moved in , no other supplier can deal with this issue
any help please , I’m paying over £100 per week to heat a 2 bedroom flat , Ive only got two storage heaters , one in living room and one in bedroom , I am really struggling with the cost of this

Are you sure it's Economy 7. What's the name of your tariff?0

You're not on Economy 7 if you have two supply numbers and two standing charges. You're probably on a legacy tariff e.g. THTC, Economy 10 or whatever. Switching to genuine E7 would then allow you to find a completive tariff from a supplier of your choice. However, if your storage heaters are very old they were probably low capacity and needed an afternoon boost, so you could find they're cool by the evening. You might need to add another NSH (possibly a cheap second hand one) or update them to modern ones such as Dimplex Quantum. This has been covered many times: search the forum for terms including E10, Economy 10, THTC, "Comfort Plus White Meter (and similar DTS experiences)".Have you been giving regular meter readings, and are you on a prepayment meter?0

That shows the tarrifs from my bill0

The storage heaters are old ... I’m not on prepayment meter ... I pay on bill received0

Someone more expert on complex metering will be along shortly.
But to me you are using minimal electric at night. And paying very costly day time rates
I would suggest switching to single rate electric charge.
This change would just be a billing issue and the meter does not need to be changed. The Heat element should remain as is.
And get off the 3 month payment to a monthly direct debit?
My thoughts only as someone more learned will advise.

Looks like your storage heaters aren't connected to the Economy 7 meter, so you're paying double the kWh rate for your storage heating usage. You're not getting any benefit from the E7 tariff because your night usage is low but you're still paying the higher daytime rate.Get an electrician to connect the storage heaters to the E7 meter and see whether they stay warm into the evenings. If not, add another storage heater or two, or update them to correctly dimensioned fan assisted ones. When the storage heaters are meeting your needs, get rid of the second meter and get a competitive E7 tariff.0

Rosie. Have you deleted your photos? They do help to get further advice.
There is also a calculation page you can input your usage into, might be helpful?
