#90 here. Not been around for a while as had roof and car repairs so no spare money to overpay 🙁. However as my annual overpayment amount gets re set on 1st November I’ve taken a few savings to round the mortgage down to £41,500. Therefore in October overpaid £304.89. I’m close now to having paid off half the original mortgage which is nice.
