People here are only trying their best to help!

I’ll not bother helping next time then!Tyger8 said:What do you take me for, of course I checked they had the correct bank details, 8 weeks ago when I first phoned after receiving the letter. Tyger8 said:I hope there won't be a next time.
Likewise because with that sort of attitude then i'll be very surprised if you receive any help here.

There might be a next time you want help or advice.Best not to burn your bridges.Although you did check that your bank details were correct, nobody here knew that you had so it was a reasonable suggestion.3

There’s also no need to keep coming back with your attitude. This part of the forum is for help. Not to vent frustration.4

I appreciate the reply. Anyone that has responded has tried to help. We don’t work for the DWP so we can’t hurry the payment along. It’s still not even classed as late, they have until the 13th.1

Tyger8 said:I didn't go on this forum to look for advice, but to vent my frustration.People thought you needed advice because you tacked your post on someone else's thread who did need advice and who had posted on the Benefits & Tax credits board. And the Benefits and Tax Credits board is specificallyIN THE BENEFITS BOARD
This board is for people to work out what they are entitled to, and we hope other forummers will continue to provide invaluable help in this. There is a specific board called Praise, VENT and Warnings board which may have been a better place for your post. You probably wouldn't have got replies from people trying to help when all you wanted to do was vent.

I wish to apologise for my behaviour, I haven't been well lately and realise people have only been trying to help. I know this is no excuse but what with self isolating for the last 10 months and then this problem over my WFP. I have been getting rather stressed and then I received the bill for my heating and I'm afraid it all got a bit to much. I will let you know the outcome of my dispute with the DWP but I won't blame you if you're not interested.1

I for one would be interested, and I'm sure other posters would be too.
This specific board is very supportive of anyone who needs help & advice.
It sounds odd that DWP are saying that they have paid your WFP.
Something has clearly gone wrong and hopefully the sight of your bank statements will confirm to DWP that you really haven't had the payment.
As the payment of WFP is critical to you, maybe someone can suggest if there is some sort of urgent hardship payment to tide you over this distressing time.
Are DWP aware of the fact you rely on this payment to pay your fuel bill?
