I’ve had the £10 but not the WFP. I received both separately last year in November. Haven’t received a letter yet, but last year the letter arrived about a week after the payment.0

Got my £10 yesterday. No letter but often don't get one and it seems like an unnecessary expense.Lost my soulmate so life is empty.
I can bear pain myself, he said softly, but I couldna bear yours. That would take more strength than I have -

There’s still time. Keep checking.Tyger8 said:Still haven't received my WFA, always received it beginning of November in previous years.1 -
Tyger8 said:Phoned up about WFP on the 23rd, took 25mins to get through only to be told to phone back on the 13th Jan. Always received it beginning of Nov. in previous years, what's going on. I rely on it to pay my heating bill have had to turn off my heating in case I don't receive it. Once when I phoned up before they told me it would be in my account within 5 days, that was in November. As advised previously, there's still time for you to receive it and it can be anytime up to 13th January. Although payment has always been received by end of November, this year is definitely not normal times and the delay is likely caused by the current extreme conditions. I know this doesn't help when you can't affect to put the heating on but if you definitely still qualify then you'll know you'll receive it at some point in the next few weeks.

It probably came down to who you spoke to and how much they went into the system and checked. Least they are trying to work with you to get it resolved.0

Have you confirmed the bank details are correct?0
-
It should be going into the same bank account as whichever benefit they are receiving in order to qualify for the payment (unless they are someone who is of pension age but has deferred taking their state pension in which case no other benefit may be in payment).KatrinaWaves said:Have you confirmed the bank details are correct?Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Some rules may be different in other parts of UK.1 -
Firstly confirm they have the correct bank details. Secondly provide whatever they are asking for. Once that is done they can resolve it. They have policies and procedures to follow. Especially if their system says it’s paid.0

What do you take me for, of course I checked they had the correct bank details, 8 weeks ago when I first phoned after receiving the letter. Every year I received the payment in early November and I 've been with the same bank for at least 12 years.0
