Prepaid money card for NI residents

Chatting with someone today, they said they had friends who were able to use it online   No idea how they did it?

The letter it was attached to explains why it says 3/22. The last date is indeed 30th November.

No! Pin 1st time only. After that its contactless

So, there’s squabbling about the £100. Why am I not surprised? Why oh why can’t people just use it as intended, to support local businesses, and forget this unseemly striving to get extra, it’s pure greed. Businesses fighting for it is also pretty unsavoury. 

This is at the forefront of First World ‘problems’. For those weighed down with their worries about the £100, and/or the COVID vaccine, move to Afghanistan, guarantee these concerns will magically disappear.

Is there an Actual List off where you can use it? I didn't think the big stores Asda Dunnes and the like were taking it  but it Looks like They are.
I thought the aim was to give back to smaller Business.

Pretty much any physical location with a card machine. So not just shops. Hairdressers, restaurants, tattoo artists... All sorts. 

They've done absolutely nothing to restrict where you spend it, so you're free to use it in a supermarket or other large multinational business. They've just asked people to support local businesses.

On the site it just says online, gambling and paying fines not allowed

Otherwise, open to all shops that have a card machine, as said.

I applied for my card a few weeks ago, besides an automated response, I have heard nothing. Is there a way to chase up on this?
