Great!  No-one will close your thread, please do come back at POPLA (3rd appeal) stage to show us your draft based on other non-POFA ones).  I expect there to be no NTK at all if you time the appeal to the windscreen PCN right.

Normally people appeal on a parking company website , rarely by email

Follow their appeal instructions , appealing as keeper

No blabbing about who was driving

The PCN tells you all you need to know. You cannot seek alternative ways to contact them that are not listed on the PCN!

Hi, it’s me again. So I appealed on day 25th on the 12 of December I still haven’t heard from them. They say with islington PCN it takes 14 days for response. Shall I just wait it out or call them?

As your appeal has been submitted online, we will reply by email, even if you have included a postal address. We aim to issue a full response within 28 days (14 days for London Borough of Islington cases) and therefore please allow this full period before enquiring further as to the status of your appeal. If you have not received a full reply within those times, please check your spam or junk mail folders before contacting us in order to ensure our reply has not been misfiled by your email system.

Check your spam folder , plus the BPA CoP allows for 35 days to make a decision , so wait a bit longer , another ,,2 or 3 weeks

It's a good job they don't use the word 'guarantee' instead of 'aim', isn't it?

Have you noticed that there have been a few bank holidays during that time?
