I've just done a bank robbery. Someone got shot. These things happen. Obviously I want to escape justice. I was thinking of fleeing the country. Is that best? Help I am really worried.
Hope I am posting in the right place. This is the forum where you post your crimes and others help you avoid the consequences I hope.
I've been over the speed limit myself, have you not?

Where does the OP say he wants to avoid the consequences? And where does anybody attempt to help him do so (not that they could anyway)?
And where did somebody get robbed or shot?
There is no victim in this anecdote, Fred.

Similar to a offence I committed outside Harrogate. SAC well worth money.  Refreshed aspects of my driving.  The only check was on driving licence.  One unfortunate forgot to bring, had to reboot and pay for another one.  You do learn the dangers from even slightly exceeding limit.

That's not "unfortunate", that's just plain stupid.

I'm sure the documentation for your SAC was the same as the one I went on. That was VERY, VERY clear that you needed to bring both parts (this was in the counterpart days), else you would not be allowed in - and you would be regarded as having failed to complete the course, not allowed to rebook, and would have missed the opportunity of an FPN...
