Another Victim of One Parking Solutions at Stanmer Park Brighton in Oct 20, now at POPLAR.

Unfortunately I became a victim of One Parking Solution at Stanmer Park Brighton in Oct 20, having parked on what I presumed was a grass car-park. I have only recently picked up that there are a number of issues with them, and have today registered on Money saving expert. The ridiculous thing here is that on the day in question I was with my daughter who parked next to me. We both got tickets from OPS. We both appealed, and she used my appeal as a template, 'almost word for word'. My appeal was refused, and hers has been allowed - how ridiculous is that!

So I have spent today reading all the various relevant post and follow-ups incl the Newbies post on MSE. My main problem is that as I have only picked up on the MSE posts today, I have already been through the OPS appeal, (refused as above), and have now sent off my POPLA appeal. Unfortunately (as I was ignorant re several issues on here), I have admitted I was the driver, (as my daughter did), and I was unaware of the issue with the Council owned land etc. The good news is I have a word doc with all my photos in of the woeful / misplaced signs etc which I did pick up on. I am now awaiting my appeal back from POPLA. Having read the posts, I am about to start my own thread as instructed. I am presuming that in my scenario I can only:
1. Await the POPLA outcome
2. Complain to HCC as landowner ad to my MP (is that where I live or the MP for Stanmer Park Brighton?)
3. If / when I lose the POPLA outcome, say I'm not paying and I want this resolved at Court?

I am happy to share the word doc appeal I submitted to POPLA if helpful. I would be grateful for the advice of those more worldly-wise than I! (I accept that unwittingly I may have made it more difficult for myself!). I would very much appreciate pointing towards the best template for my scenario (but there is an awful lot to catch up on here), so please bear with me as a Newbie!
Many thanks

You have to go through your local MP first as one of their constituents , prove you are a constituent and complain , if necessary they will take it up with other MP s

OPS are ridiculous and outright scammers.  The BPA seem to think they are angels, making the BPA a high alert scam buddy in the UK.

You are in luck coming here, our own coupon-mad on here is on a mission regarding OPS so she will engage with you soon

As you have already done a POPLA appeal please show us exactly what it said.

NOT TO OTHER NEWBIES - THIS WAS 100% WINNABLE JUST BY APPEALING AS REGISTERED KEEPER AT THE OUTSET.

I ALSO HAVE A TEMPLATE POPLA APPEAL I CAN ADAPT FOR ANY STANMER PARK VICTIM.  TOO LATE FOR THIS OP.

Hi @Coupon-mad - thanks for your comments. Just checking, My appeal document is a word document with photos embedded. I'm unsure if I can copy that in on this forum in that format? (I am more than happy to if I can!) If not should I add the text and the photos underneath? (Just checking and don't want to break any rules!)
Many thanks for everyone's help and comments!
