The car park in question is surrounded by 2 listed buildings - signs are affixed to themYou need to take that up with the relevant authority (maybe the local council, or perhaps one like the Council for the Protection of Rural England). I doubt it will get you off your ticket, we've never really seen an 'ex turpi' case succeed in court. You're going to need to know and understand that law very comprehensively to persuade a Judge. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

I'm not sure if this helps, but as I'm in the same boat and have started receiving DCBL letters (reached Final Notice after Notice and Final Reminder) after an Autosec invoice and previous TNC threats, I've been doing some more digging (trying to find Autosec DPO email address etc) and found that Autosec are no longer in the BPA.
I guess it won't stop them threatening court but shows how p1$$ poor they are if they've been booted out.
p.s. info@autosec.co is the only email I could find.0 -

Up to February 2021 (WayBack Machine), Autosec were still showing as BPA members. They are now missing from the current AOS list. They may have decided not to rejoin (and have to pay their member subs) as income from PCNs has been severely dented as a result of COVID-19; it has been suggested that PPCs are 80% down on 'take' over the past year!

They are not a member of the BPA because they are winding up the business and have have already passed on their franchises (for want of a better word) to other similar businesses. This is why there is a glut of debt recovery letters going out right now. A final payday...3
