    1. Autosec simply ignore all appeals and when i say all appeals i literally do mean that
    2. On the notice to driver they say "dont type the address on to a search engine but in the address bar", this is because is they know what will happen if they do....

BrownTrout knows his stuff so just post an appeal tomorrow morning anyway, as it looks better in court later, if they tried.

Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

    Thanks for the info coupon-mad.

I have missed the appeal date of 28 days from the date of the letter as I can only appeal via post and the appeal wouldn't reach autosec on time. So does this mean I won't be able to successfully appeal?
What do the appeal options say on the NTK ? Is it by post only ?

We are working blind here without sight of the redacted NTK
Apologies, I am currently at work so will post the redacted NTK as soon as Im home.
Only way to appeal is via PO Box address directly to PPC and cannot appeal to TNC according to letter.
yes I would not send an appeal to a PO box number , proff of posting to a PO box? ,

back up to registered office (as per companies house)  Registered office address
1 Morleys Yard, Beverley, East Yorkshire, England, HU17 9BY 1st class with free proof of posting is deemed delivered in 2 working days

might as well get ball rolling , lets see if they want to play ball at POPLa , you send a nice letter to there DPO , asking for a sar . you enclose ticket number and scan of v5 (blank out doc ref No on front cover)

same again with tnc , i know there are people just waiting to jump on tnc , who have recently changed there name to confuse the inocent

Unity Property Limited also t/as TNC Collections & Credit Investigation Services (UK)

you also contact the dvla to find out who and when your data was asked for , as its obviously longer than 14 days (no ticket on car was there?) then POFa2012 does not apply and they can only chase driver

make the muppets work ,prove to the BPA that you could not appeal shortly after 14 days
Ok thank you. Would I just use the appeal template on the newbies thread?
Will definitely contact DVLA too. The NTK was received 102 days after the incident. I went on the Autosec website to pay when I couldn't get through to TNC before I came on this forum and the amount outstanding on there is £170 and they have photos of my car, with a notice attached to the window on one of them.

Posting redacted NTK now, won't be a second.

And thanks again for your help so far
