youi do the appeal , await a popla code , in the meantime you ask dvla WHEN and who asked for your info WHEN is important as the parkingh co will say you are to late to appeal
you then tell the bpa you are being refused appeal when first letter was XXXXX C and info was not asked frtom the dvla for XX days
interestingly the ticket , has gone up to 170 before appeal timeout

It is now half past three and if you are saying appeals can only be done in writing, you need this posted at a Post office today, within the next hour and a half, and to get a free certificate of posting from the PO counter (and keep it). Can I complain to BPA about ticket going up to £170 before appeal timeout if I screenshot the payment page that came up on Autosec when I put the details in? Would that have any bearing on it?
really sorry for all of the questions I'm way out of my depth here0 -
Have I completely missed any opportunity to deal with this? Can I suggest you re-read all your replies if you honestly think that? Calm down.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

The TNC letter has added £25 for admin costs with a suggestion that the amount will increase. TNC are attempting to scam you and scare you into paying.
TNC say they obtained your details from the DVLA ? Why would they say that when it is Autosec who must go through the DVLA and they clearly have.
TNC then say they do not accept appeals as they did not issue the PCN ? We know that already so why did they say that they obtained the info from the DVLA ?
The TNC letter is dysfunctional / flawed and stinks of a scam. You really have to ignore such rubbish ...... The only thing they are correct on is the parking ticket is £100 which Autosec now think it's £170 ? This is two companies living on two different planets
The BPA had better come up with a suitable reply as this is media busting stuff. It could call into account the validity of the BPA being an ATA
The parking charge is £100 ... end of, no silly £25 admin fees, no fake add-ons and ... as it seems no chance of an appeal with Autosec and no POPLA code.
This is the perfect chance for the BPA to terminate Autosec from being one of their scammers.
Will the BPA do this, very doubtlful because the BPA are as dysfunctional as their paying members
