The chain was broken by their buyer pulling out. They have no mortgage on their house though.They have been given money now by parents to form the deposit. That's gone to their solicitor but they have to do/wait for the paperwork required to declare the gift.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

Morning. Just to update that we exchanged and completed on Monday! 🥂Half an hour before our holiday for the following day was cancelled. 😩If I had to choose one, it would have been the house sale but we're just a bit gutted to not be sat celebrating in the sun after forking out on five (thankfully)
negative Covid tests in order to be able to fly.But today I'm going to the picture framers and the paint shop so we have something to do over the next 9 days....and the rest of the winter, I suspect.
