DS has contacted the letting agent and everything is going ahead online and the keys will be posted to them.
Laundry shuffle done and WM load 1 draped artfully on radiators and airer. That reminds me - I set a second load swishing: more draping coming up.

Good afternoon!
The baby has gone home. He is a screamer! Not all the time, but when he goes, boy does he go!! It's very stressful for all of us! We went for a walk earlier for some air & to de-stress.
I have picked up some toys. I will put tea on for the other little dumpling in a mo, and make sure the DW is loaded & pots washed while I am there.
Round I'm glad the letting agents were able to do everything remotely. It would have been a real blow if they had lost the flat after it took so long to find one!
Ok - I am off to the kitchen then I am tidying up while he is eating so that I can be done when he goes! Nearly the weekend!! 😁7 -
Hope GF is OK Round and glad the move is still going ahead.
I was in bed by 9pm last night, but didnt sleep well. Felt groggy this morning but better as the day went on. Managed a lovely half hour walk along by the river in my lunchbreak even though it was grey and damp. Washing almost dried over the airer, ran the hoover around downstairs, burger and chips out of the freezer for tea.
Glad it's weekend. DS left for work at 6.30am and wont be home until at least 10.30pm so I probably wont sleep until he comes in, nothing much exciting planned for tomorrow, I have a meeting for my voluntary job and not sure what else.8 -
Mr M delivery arrived and put away. Tetrissed the freezer and the fridge to fit everything in.

Cold and frosty this morning. Of course it felt colder as we now know we won't have any heating until at least Tuesday - even if we don't normally put the heating on until we turn on the range to cook dinner, psychologically knowing that is not going to happen somehow makes you feel colder in the morning.
Did more of a report.
Had my telephone contact lens check.
Went for a run to warm up.....avoided mud and found a new circuit, 7.7km.
Mr N did a lot of kitchen cleaning and sorting, put everything which usually hangs on the bar over the range through the DW.
Checked greenhouse which I haven't been in for nearly a week, picked a few peppers and a couple of tomatoes. Picked some kale.
Made a chicken casserole in the slow cooker.
Tried to sort out naff Christmas cards and found some decent ones so I won't have to buy any more.
Booked 1, 12 and 19 Dec c&c with Mr T. Eek.
Phone calls to mum and 2 other friends.
Saw workplace student for Zoom lesson. Wrote it up and emailed to her.
Did Zoom drumming lesson.
Need to do more of my 'recreational' online course as I have only about 10 more days to access it and I have a series of 4 webinars to do which are work-related and were expensive, 2 weeks in which to access them.
Uni emailed me as an 'atypical staff member' to see if I wanted paid work helping with the end of term Covid tests. Sort of sounds interesting buy even with full PPE it would put me in contact with a lot more people than I see now, plus timing would probably clash with some of my assessments so I don't think I will apply.Remember...a layer of dust protects the wood beneath it.9 -
Morning all
I hope you are all ok, I am still in some pain but it has eased considerably now, probably the painkillers are helping, I’ve had an initial consultation with the physio and have a face to face appointment next week.So.. work has been hectic, flying has again been minimal beyond the dailies and some laundry so it’s catch up time again this weekend. DH will help, he was very good last weekend and did end up doing most of it!I changed the bedding yesterday including the mattress and pillow protectors, first load is dry, will fold that shortly, second lot has just finished running through the wm so will have to do some draping with that as it’s dreary and damp here. I’ve also emptied, washed out and refilled the litter trays and wudupa some dishes.
Next step for me is a cuppa and some brekkie then a shower and dress, I will clean the en suite while I’m in there as it’s easier that way! Then it’s going to be a case of working through room by room, taking it fairly gently as I’m still quite sore.
Have a good one all, will check back later with progress report x7 -

Morning all. Hope you're all ok.
I've been busy with the paid stuff for the last few days, also still nurse maid to DH and I've started a course so only dailies have been getting done.Today I plan to plant the last of my summer bulbs.
Have a great day everyone.Spend less now, work less later.9 -
Morning xx
Nearly 10am and all I've done is get up, make my bed, open the curtains, bring the laundry hamper down, have a brew and eat toast and marmalade. But then the getting up bit was well after 9. How decadent am I
I'm still fine - apart from being bitten by the lazy bug. Not seen DS or GF so obviously no major issues arisen over-night. They've got the paperwork printed off to sign - DS waved it at me and said 'This is going to need posting, Mum'. So I held up a large unused envelope - which I found when I went through those piles of paper earlier in the week. Serendipitous or what!!! I do wonder how they are going to manage if being asked to post a letter is beyond them. But heyho - they'll learn. I did when I moved out - I remember knocking on my neighbour's door to ask how you cook sausages. At home they'd always appeared cooked on my plate!
Goodi - it's not a flat, it's a 3 bedroomed house. I suggested that they stay here for a few more months to get some money behind them. No. I suggested that they rented a flat so they could save money towards a deposit for their own house. No. Can you feel me shrugging my shoulders.
Round 1 =
get dressed
feed the birds
put out the rubbish and recycling
sort washing into loads
set first load swishing
coffee
Take care. Stay safe.

Morning all,
Up, dressed, DD dropped at work, one load through the wm and now hanging indoors. I have a toppling pile of ironing but am going to get some fresh air first and take a walk to the allotment. I couldn’t believe how many cars I passed coming back from dropping DD off - usually I see 1 or 2, today was a constant stream. What lockdown??
Keep meaning to say how inspirational a couple of lovely Flyladies have been on the Frugal Livning thread that I follow. Thank you ladies, you are an inspiration - sorry I can’t think of a different word right now!
Right - off to change into glad rags, back later. Have a lovely day all x9
