Just reply curtly saying you are not agreeing to Mediation because parking firms and their reps bully litigants in person and you'd rather have a Judge to decide the case than a Mediator whose job is to assist the Claimant and get settlement.  Given PPC charges have been exposed by Government as an 'outrageous scam' and their client has added £60 on top because they think they can recover the costs of the letters twice, there is no need to explain further, why a person with half a brain would not be planning on making an offer.  And tell them not to insult you with some old drivel about the Semark-Jullien case (a damp squib) because their usual template letter and WS trying to make Judges believe that that appeal actually means something, has been seen so many times it's gone stale.

Re the second bit just tell them you will object if they do push for a hearing 'on the papers' for the same reasons above.

Yes, it's always advisable to start early, there's plenty to do .... and as each day passes, it's a day further away from the parking event, and a further day for the memory to grow colder.   There's a link to a good WS example in the NEWBIES FAQ sticky, second post,

Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Have you tried googling "how to find a landowner"?
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

Have you received your blank DQ from CCBC yet?  If so, have you completed it and returned it?

You do not fill out the DQ from the scammers. You should get one from the court, but if you don't then you should download one yourself and submit it. No matter how you do it, do not miss the filing date.
I have emailed DQ to BW legal as i have received an email from them in the past and they have acknowledged it through email. Thank you
