Methinks you should read the claim form again ... you can't just send the DQ by email if there has been no prior acceptance of email communication of legal matters, unless the claim form says they'll accept documents served by email. Your SAR does not constitute serving of legal documents.5

Why do people send court documents to the PPC when the PPC is using a solicitor and the claim form tells you where comms are to be sent (and it's BW Legal).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
