    Why do people send court documents to the PPC when the PPC is using a solicitor and the claim form tells you where comms are to be sent (and it's BW Legal).
    PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

    I know...I just found out my niece has PCNs to an old address because she didn't update her V5C and only sent off her driving licence when she moved.  Grrr.
