""Please be advised that the time in which to submit a challenge has now expired and access to the Independent Appeal Service is no longer available". "
why not submit those documents to the IAS , (or whatever it is this week ) and ask them to investigate the actions of one of there members , they cannot argue to the responce to a legal doc , (the sar) , and a dated email/letter from them declining right to appeal , if they will not accept this , then the sar is fake

    either way
    sanction time ;
Hi, sorry i didn't get, this was in response to my initial appeal to UKPPO and not in response to SAR.
I have also received an email from UKPPO Data protection with all the details and images of the car they have. I have realised one thing that the PCN was issued 01.10.2019. NTK was sent who gave my details. The first notice i have received in my name on  27.11.2019 and i have appealed on 15.12.2019 (within 19 days of receiving the first notice)  to UKPPO which was rejected with a note:
'"Please be advised that the time in which to submit a challenge has now expired and access to the Independent Appeal Service is no longer available".
I was wondering why didn't they give 28 days to the driver from the date of first letter/notice when liability was transferred?
by your reconing they conned you out of an appeal so why not ask there governing body WHY , and are they going to sanction or ban the company for doing this
Thank you for breaking it down for me.  :# will do.
  • you wont win , but you may just get some snippets from the ipc , that may assist you later
  • Plus apparently they'll now listen to complaint s ... 😂

the point about stating sar is that the ipc csnt claim you made the docs up. The docs have come from their member.

Hi, I have received the directions questionnaire (N180). I understand that i have to serve it to the court and the claimant but can it be done online rather than sending a copy to the court and the claimant in the post?

    Thank you

One more thing, do I have to send Directions questionnaire to the claimant (UKPPO) or their legal representative?

    Thank you

You send the DQ using the same e-mail address that you used to send your defence.  For the claimant you send to the name and address for correspondence that you will find on the claim form.  If they have communicated with you by  e-mail it is OK to send it to them by e-mail.

Is that the e-mail from which you have sent and/or received e-mails before?

UKPPO aren't using a solicitor for this claim, then?  Odd to send a DQ to the PPC, when they are 99% of the time using a solicitor.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
