I have found the online version of the Directions Questionaire on gov.com. Would you recommend printing and posting or is there any chance I can email the form to CCBC and the solicitors?
, Thanks!

Email it.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

To save you the trouble of looking for it again, here it is...

I'm reading off a 2016 version of the documents, do you still recommend selecting 'No' for mediation?
, thanks.0 -
