This forum’s regulars are encouraging email submissions with evidence and photos, letters attached to illustrate what happened to you and why you are answering the way you are.

I sent the email a few days ago but still haven't received a reply. The letter from the court says I need to pay by the 4th of August even though my hearing was on the 7th of July. 
I'm not sure if I want to risk getting a CCJ whilst waiting for a reply from the court to address the additional £60, what do you recommend?

im sorry to hear of your loss as I'm in almost exactly the same boat one year on. same car park same delay, even the same court and hearing day. 
is there anything that you learnt and would change? 

im not confident after finding your thread!
