I've just ordered my letters and it looks as if that first photo is the most recent, dated 20/7 at £206, whereas the court letter is dated 7/7 at £266. I'm hoping they removed the 60 for the final charge. Strange they would send me different amounts?0

Ring up BW Legal and pay £206.24 on Monday and say nothing about the Order. Ask them to confirm to you by email, while you are still on the phone, that your payment has been taken and is full and final settlement and that they will now tell the court the judgment has been paid within the 30 days.
It is possible the Order is wrong - and if so it can be amended under the 'slip rule' if push comes to shove - so go by what the solicitor's agent told BW Legal from his/her notes of the hearing. But don't talk about that, just ring up, refer to their letter dated xx/7/21 and tell them you want to pay by debit card and get email confirmation immediately. If they say it's £206.24 and confirm full settlement by email, then that's it.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

So you only paid £206.24 rather than £266.24? At least that's a minor win.

wow, not sure what they're trying to achieve by making me pay in two separate invoices ? Kind of annoying haha
I asked for an email confirmation over the phone and never received it, now they've sent me this0 -
Send it to the court with an email stating that the Order was wrong because the added ‘debt recovery’ costs were disallowed and BW LEGAL agreed until they saw the incorrect Order.
State that you have already paid the correct sum of £206.XX which both parties agreed in the phone was right.Ask for the Order to be urgently placed before the presiding Judge to check the hearing notes and amend under the ‘slip rule’ because the Order did not reflect the intentions of the Judge.
Give the court 14 days and head it up ‘urgent - error in Order re Claim number xxxxxxx - please address under the slip rule’
Copy in BW LEGAL and also attach a copy of your proof of payment receipt.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

And:
The Government Consultation into the level of parking charges, discounts, false ‘debt recovery add-ons’ (that no PPC actually pays)...
...and the Appeals Charter - that should IMHO result in full cancellations not enrich the PPCs by £20 or more because it would just encourage spurious PCNs that should never be issued...
...is now open!
