Yes, read the advice given in the 2 sticky threads in announcements at the top of the forum,  newbies + defence

Keep following the 12 steps too

My advice to you is read other recent feedback in other threads this year,  like we do, see what happens

Its a 5 to 10 minutes phone call

All the answers are in those 2 threads and in dozens of ongoing cases, right up until the WS stage,  just before the hearing fee needs to be paid.  There are dozens of cases that either stop at that stage,  or actually get to a court hearing,  so all people need to do is research the stages as they arrive,  using prior examples,  but after studying the 12 steps and the newbies thread,  like you just did

But the 12 steps (and links about mediation) are in the Template Defence thread!

OK found it.  I'm guessing that they will only seek my side of the story and my reasons why I believe I'm not in breach of contract.

I will have another look and look at recent threads too.

None of that happens (...stop reading what the Mediation letter says).

Read what we say! Two minute call. No offer. Phone down.

Or offer a tenner to kill it off, which as you'll know (from reading DCB Legal mediation stage threads) happens a lot.

    OK.  No deal then.

In my book, I cannot enter into a contract until they provide the facility to buy a ticket.  They failed to do this after 10 minutes so I left.  A clear case of frustration of contract.

Is there a legal definition of what 'parked' means?  If I remained in the vehicle not occupying a parking space close to the machine waiting for it to be restored to service, can I argue that I wasn't parked?

I will return to the site and take a photo of any T&Cs.  I have asked for them but they refused.  They seem to be claiming I am in breach of a contract that they aren't prepared to give me a written copy of.

Why are you treating this daft call like it's your hearing? Re-read what I said!
