Should I consider the claim suitable for determination without a hearing. I'm tending to think that the judge needs to hear my witness evidence.0

We rarely if ever recommend an unattended hearing, so we agree with your supposition and that is reflected in the newbies sticky thread second post and in the 12 steps in the defence template thread too2

I have received a text from the courts service this morning about a mediation appointment arranged for Monday. I knew nothing about this. I have checked my email and the details went in my spam folder.
