mediation is or was the chance to resolve , some people have recently offered £10 or £20 and its been accepted

a day in court is a long way off in the process, a lot get discontinued along the way, so I suggest you read a lot more threads, including the tally thread by Umkomaas, its up to around 475 and counting
Without Prejudice to the above, in order to assist the Court in achieving its overriding objective, our client may be prepared to settle this case - in the event you wish to discuss settlement, please call us on.....

You already know to disregard the letters and phone calls,  every reply is telling you to ignore

Wait for the compulsory mediation service,  study the 12 steps,  stop rushing,  you only filed your defence around a month ago

Yep but this is seen in all DCB Legal threads and isn't anything to do with Mediation.

Why not just search the forum for that sentence instead of posting it for us to see.

We aren't needed again until WS stage.

While you await next step would you sign/share petitions x 2 asking for Govt to protect motorists from the nasty practices of the private parking industry. 🙏

    Good luck

Should I consider the claim suitable for determination without a hearing.  I'm tending to think that the judge needs to hear my witness evidence.

We rarely if ever recommend an unattended hearing,  so we agree with your supposition and that is reflected in the newbies sticky thread second post and in the 12 steps in the defence template thread too

But this is covered, with exact wording, in a link in the NEWBIES thread isn't it?

I have received a text from the courts service this morning about a mediation appointment arranged for Monday.  I knew nothing about this.  I have checked my email and the details went in my spam folder.

Do I need to do anything specific to prepare for this?
